Your mission

2022 has been really exciting for Heyflow: We started off the year with only an external Marketing agency, but hired and built a really strong and highly skilled internal team members formerly working for Typeform, Jimdo, and more. SEO, Performance, Content, Growth Design: We do have the perfect foundation and wonderful talents to develop a motivated and efficient Marketing team.

What you’ll do

  • This role is all about strategy! The channels are set up, the knowledge base is there, the operative work is rolling: Now, you will be responsible to bring the strategic plans, the long term goals and roadmaps of all your Marketing challenges together.

  • Our strengths cover various areas of marketing — the next big thing is brand positioning and PR/comms. Here, you will have a bigger impact on the operative side to grow and build a product brand that represents the engagement with Heyflow perfectly.

  • The Marketing team is your essence of work: You coach, you support, and you enable every one of the four excellence Marketeers. They own their projects and you will function as the sparring partner in crime.

  • Lastly, you will communicate a lot with your key stakeholders: Growth Management and the C-Level. Being the representative of the Marketing team, consulting and proposing solutions and making decisions are part of your everyday life.

  • Preparing reportings, defining key metrics and managing financials wraps up the daily tasks and responsibilities of a Head of Marketing!

Your profile

What you’ll bring

  • Your professional background means much more to us than a university degree. If you already worked in a similar role in one of the largest Marketing Agencies, a fast growing SaaS company, or a B2B startup,  you will be very suitable for this opportunity.

  • In previous jobs, you have built and led effective marketing teams, managed large marketing budgets and regularly analysed marketing performance as part of your daily decision making.

  • Technical skills are also desirable. Do you have experience with BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI or Looker? Do you have any technical SEO skills, or channel specific expertise? Could you troubleshoot tracking issues or support the team on data issues? Amazing, that's a big advantage!

  • A data-driven mindset: you use data to inform your decisions and know how to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities throughout the funnel

  • Communication is key for every role at Heyflow. It will make your and our lives very easy if you like working together in teams, with Stakeholders, and cross-functional mates.

  • Speaking of communication: We are an international team and speak English with each other on a daily basis, and so will you. Your English skills need to be on a very good conversational level, German would be a big plus.
